Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States or Europe.

What is your return policy for electric bikes?

We offer a 15-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging, have less than 10 miles on the odometer, and be in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Does my Eskute bike come with a warranty?

Yes, every Eskute e-bike comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.

How far can I ride on a single charge?

Range varies by model and riding conditions, but most Eskute bikes provide between 40 to 65 miles of range when using pedal-assist mode.

Is assembly difficult when the bike arrives?

Not at all. Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide to help you finish the assembly in about 20-30 minutes.
