Returns & Exchanges
At Eskute, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not 100% satisfied with your e-bike or accessory, you can return your purchase within 15 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via the Eskute portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the e-bike in its original heavy-duty carton with all original components, including the battery, charger, keys, and toolkit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup for larger freight items.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for any signs of wear or damage, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
